Veterinary Technician-Clinic and Community Services (Full and Part Time)

Animal Friends’ Clinic Services program provides access to quality veterinary care to pet owners experiencing financial and accessibility constraints. This role is a vital part of the Clinic Services team, assisting with all aspects of the clinic's operations, including spay/neuter, surgery, vaccinations, and dentistry. The Veterinary Technician will be a key member of the clinic's team, providing compassionate care to animals while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Graduate from an accredited Veterinary Technician program
• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) license preferred
• Experience in a Veterinary Hospital, General Practice or ER, Shelter Medicine, High Quality High Volume Spay/Neuter (HQHVSN) or Trap Neuter Vaccine Return (TNVR) programs preferred
• Reliable transportation and onsite attendance
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in a sanitized environment
• Ability to work special events
