The Network and Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's Network and Systems Infrastructure. Primary focus will be the network infrastructure while providing backup and additional assistance to the systems engineer as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in network administration within a medium-sized or multi-site organization.
- 2+ years of experience in systems administration within a medium-sized or multi-site organization
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, switches, routers, VPN technologies, and network monitoring tools.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs required.
- Experience with Microsoft server, Microsoft 365, Windows Active Directory, and PowerShell required
- Regular, predictable attendance, punctuality, and availability to work during operational hours.
- Must be able to lift, carry, and handle items up to 50 lbs. unassisted. For items over 50 lbs., assistance from another team member is required.
