Job Description
We are looking for an L1 Technical Support specialist to join our PARTNER SUCCESS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing initial technical support to customers, investigating reported issues, and escalating complex issues to higher level support when necessary.
Requirements
- Investigate reported issues based on XML & JSON logs
- Set the right priorities on issues based on the incident management process
- Monitor our applications and services
- Maintain a professional relationship with clients
