Job Description
Join Ankorstore's Corporate IT team as an intern/apprentice to support and strengthen the team by providing technical support to employees, contributing to Identity & Access Management, managing endpoints, and automating recurring IT processes. Improve the reliability, security, and efficiency of the corporate IT infrastructure at an international scale.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or holding a Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in Computer Science, or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of macOS and Windows (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- ITSM practices and ticket management (Jira Service Management)
