Assistant General Counsel

Ankura is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to support the Legal Team on Firm-wide initiatives globally, including corporate and litigation-related matters.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent foreign degree with significant U.S. legal experience
• Admitted to a U.S. Bar and licensed to practice immediately in-house
• Minimum 4+ years’ legal experience with inhouse experience (preferably in the consulting industry) in multiple areas of law
• Ability to assess and manage risk
• Comfortable in highly collaborative environment
• Ability to easily network and build relationships with colleagues and external clients
