Job Description
Ankura is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Analyst to assist with planning, creating, tracking, and managing Ankura's hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, and 2-3 years of experience in ITAM, SAM, or HAM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in ITAM, SAM, or HAM
- Knowledge of IT asset management tools (e.g., SAM, HAM, AD Manager, Endpoint Central, or Service Desk Plus) and CMDB systems
- Analytical skills to analyze data to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage inventory
- Cross-functional collaboration across multiple departments (IT, Finance, Legal and People Office)
- Strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain focus on data quality
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage, tag, and track large quantities of equipment
- Ability to move or lift equipment (e.g., up to 25-50 lbs.) for receiving or auditing tasks
