Ankura is seeking a Senior Director for its Construction Disputes & Advisory Practice in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of relevant experience in claims consulting and will provide expert testimony and strategic advisory services for complex construction projects worldwide.

Requirements

• Analyze project schedule delays, cost overruns, and productivity issues related to design and construction.
• Develop advanced computer models of schedules and costs using various software packages, focusing on Primavera P6.
• Research and analyze project cost records and financial statements, including reconciling claim amounts to accounting systems.
• Prepare comprehensive client communications and technical work product, coordinating with senior team members and serving as the engagement leader.
• Lead engagement planning, including proposal and budget development.
• Oversee data gathering activities, including document review and ensuring quality control of deliverables.
