Clinical Research Coordinator II

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II to coordinate all clinical research activities with moderate supervision. The role involves managing clinical research studies, tracking deadlines, and preparing data for analysis.

Requirements

• Coordinates and manages the initiation and regulatory compliance of clinical research studies
• Manages study documents, including regulatory binders, source documents, and correspondence
• Coordinates and oversees all aspects of clinical research visits
• Collects specimens from subjects and ensures proper processing, records data on source documents and electronic systems
• Manages participant engagement throughout clinical trials
• Manages and oversees all aspects related to supplies and equipment inventory
• Tracks and manages deadlines for grants and deliverables
• Prepares abstracted and coded data for subsequent processing and analysis
