The Neuropsychologist-4 position provides neuropsychological assessment, diagnostic, and treatment services to patients and their families, and consultation to medical services regarding the neurocognitive status of patients and its relationship to medical-neurological disease factors and treatment factors.

Requirements

• Conducts diagnostic evaluations using neuropsychological testing measures; interprets and communicates results.
• Maintains appropriate clinical documentation in the electronic medical record in a timely manner.
• Participates in rounds, patient care conferences, diagnostic and treatment staff team meetings, multidisciplinary case conferences, and discipline-specific team meetings.
