Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Some college preferred
• Medical terminology, third party billing, and managed care requirements strongly preferred
• Electronic medical record knowledge preferred
• Microsoft Word applications, such as Outlook, and other computer skills preferred
• Customer service and interpersonal skills required
• Problem solving and prioritization skills required
• Ability to manage stressful situations required
