Requirements
- Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and directs care for patients (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, and adult) during interfacility transport in accordance with established protocols.
- Administers medication in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Performs stabilizing and life-saving procedures, such as CPR, intubation, and tracheostomy, as needed.
- Maintains accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment.
- Provides exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, including patients, families, co-workers, referring center, and others to foster trust, loyalty, and a positive experience for everyone.
