Construction Manager

Construction Manager responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities and staff members pertaining to the construction and installation of power distribution and protection systems. Interprets specifications and company policies to subordinates and/or contractors while enforcing safety regulations. Coordinates with clients and site owners to ensure compliance with codes and regulations. Hires, directs and motivates supervisory personnel, subcontractors and staff engaged in planning and executing work procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• 5 to 7 years of related experience and/or training
• Managing multiple field install crews
• Logistics experience required
• Must be able to read blueprints
• OSHA & Safety
• Hands on Mechanical
• Planning and Scheduling
• Ability to read and understand work orders, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
