Bioinformatics Data Scientist

Ansa is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bioinformatics Data Scientist to join our team. In this role you will work in collaboration with R&D scientists to understand experimental, manufacturing, and commercial data in the context of DNA sequence features.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biophysics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Proven track record in analyzing, interpreting, and modeling biological data
• Proficient in using a wide range of bioinformatics tools and resources for DNA sequence analysis
• Demonstrated experience shipping production code in an industry setting using software engineering best practices
• Experience deploying automated analysis pipelines using cloud computing resources
