Customer Service Representative

AnswerAide is seeking a full-time, part-time, and on-call Answering Service Agent to provide quality customer service. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, can maintain professionalism on the phone, and has an upbeat, enthusiastic, and friendly personality.

Requirements

• A resident of AL, FL, GA, or TX
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors
• Ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to multitask (talk, type, and follow scripting verbatim)
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• Being bilingual is not required, but a plus
