Job Description
Answering Service Care is seeking a skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team and take the lead in client relationship ownership. This manager will be responsible for the day-to-day engagement of new and existing clients, focusing on proactive relationship-building objectives targeting client satisfaction and growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relationship management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage relationships
- Proficiency in Windows applications, Web applications, MS Office, Google Docs, and other modern business applications
