Antenna Group is seeking an Office Administrator to provide general administrative support and ensure smooth workflow on a day-to-day basis. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, and fluency in English.
Requirements
- Provide general administrative support to the General Manager
- Assist with daily tasks and projects
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing system
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Arrange travel accommodations and prepare travel itineraries as needed
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in organizing meetings and events
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents
