Role Overview

Lead residential installation projects for HVAC systems, mentor and support installation helpers, and ensure proper techniques and safety practices. Collaborate with dispatch, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth workflows.

What You Will Do

Perform system start-ups, testing, and commissioning, communicate with homeowners, and maintain clean and safe job sites.

3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, proven leadership skills, EPA Certification, and excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Proven leadership skills and ability to train/mentor helpers
• EPA Certification
• Strong understanding of installation best practices and system diagnostics
• Ability to read and interpret installation manuals
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
