Lead residential installations, mentor and develop your team, perform system startups and commissioning, communicate with customers, and maintain a safe and organized worksite.

5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience, 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role, strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
