HVAC Lead Install Technician

Role Overview

Lead, mentor, and train a team of HVAC installers to ensure high-quality workmanship, productivity, and adherence to company standards. Perform and oversee the installation of a variety of residential HVAC systems, including central air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems.

What You Will Do

Conduct system startup procedures and thorough testing on new installations to verify functionality and ensure all systems meet or exceed manufacturer specifications. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing expert recommendations and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
