Competence Manager who enjoys maintaining relationships with colleagues and developing seafaring colleagues who are on board of our gas tankers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree within the maritime industry, engineering, HR or with a focus on business
- Demonstratable experience with analyzing data and reporting
- Good relationship management skills and conversation techniques
- Good command (spoken and written) of the English language
- Prepared to travel to our vessels
- Driver's license
