Part-Time Bookkeeper

We are hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support Anthro's day-to-day accounting operations, responsible for transaction processing, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring our books are clean, organized, and up to date.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred and/or other modern accounting softwares
• Proficiency in Excel for basic reporting and analysis
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, commitment to accuracy and data quality
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Clear communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
• Reliable, proactive, and accountable approach to work
