Job Description
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation that aims to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. The company is seeking researchers and engineers to help accelerate defensive use of AI to secure code and infrastructure. The Anthropic Fellows Program is a four-month program that provides funding and mentorship to promising technical talent to research the frontier of AI security and safety.
Requirements
- Motivated by reducing catastrophic risks from advanced AI systems
- Strong technical background in computer science, mathematics, physics, cybersecurity, or related fields
- Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Can implement ideas quickly and communicate clearly
- Fluent in Python programming
- Available to work full-time on the Fellows program for 4 months
