Community Lead, EMEA

Anthropic is looking for a Community Lead to drive the strategy and execution of our developer and builder community programs across EMEA. The role is responsible for adapting centrally developed playbooks and programs to local markets, executing community activations on the ground, and identifying net-new opportunities that support a B2C2B growth motion across Europe.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in developer relations, community management, or a closely related growth or marketing role
• Track record of scaling programs across multiple markets
• Ability to build and run developer or builder communities
• Experience working in or across EMEA markets
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to engage credibly with developers and builders
