Job Description
We are looking for a Research Engineer to join our Post-Training team, responsible for developing and optimizing systems that transform base models into refined Claude models. The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, experience with large-scale distributed systems, and a keen interest in AI safety and responsible deployment.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills with experience building complex ML systems
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-performance computing
- Experience with training, fine-tuning, or evaluating large language models
- Proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, and distributed computing
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving research environment
