Job Description
Anthropic is seeking a Senior Manager, Infrastructure Lease Accounting to join their Infrastructure Accounting team. The role involves executing day-to-day accounting for Anthropic's infrastructure lease portfolio, applying technical accounting expertise under ASC 842, and helping build processes and systems that let this function scale.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with operational experience at technology or infrastructure-heavy companies
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of ASC 842, particularly as applied to infrastructure, data center, or compute-related arrangements
- Experience managing a significant lease portfolio in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Experience mentoring and developing accounting professionals
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence effectively across cross-functional partners
