Anthropic is seeking experienced software engineers to join its Web Product team to build the future of human-AI collaboration. The team owns the core Claude.ai experience, a virtual collaborator that remembers context, takes action on behalf of users, and works alongside them across their digital life.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer
- Strong skills in both frontend and backend development
- Experience building 0-to-1 products
- Cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and research partners
- Ability to make good decisions without perfect information
- Clear communication skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on craft
- Experience building AI-powered products or working with large language models
- Background in building collaborative tools or productivity software
- Design sensibility and experience partnering closely with designers
- Experience with service-oriented architectures and API design
- Familiarity with modern web development stacks (React, TypeScript, Python, Node.js)
