We are looking for a strategic operator to support the leadership of Anthropic's Public Policy and The Anthropic Institute. The role involves ensuring the day-to-day of both orgs runs smoothly, driving projects that help the orgs scale, and working closely with executive leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in chief of staff, business operations, strategy, or program management roles
• Direct exposure to executive leadership
• Previous experience in policy, government, or another frontier tech environment
• Hands-on experience using Claude/AI tools to improve org effectiveness
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity and influence without authority
