FP&A Manager

Antithesis is a company that provides a platform for engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs in software. We're looking for a FP&A Manager to build our next phase of financial planning infrastructure. This role will involve creating a new operating model for our business, launching a budgeting program, and improving forecasting and scenario planning. You will be working closely with leaders to translate plans into budgets, challenge assumptions, and surface tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, finance business partnering, or related roles
• Strong track record building or rebuilding operating models in a business that is scaling quickly or changing meaningfully
• Experience standing up or materially improving budgeting and forecasting processes
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on headcount planning, spend management, investment decisions, and business performance analysis
