Electrical Engineering Manager

Antora is seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager / Architect to lead the team designing the next generation of thermal energy storage products.

Requirements

• Lead and grow the team: Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing electrical engineering team
• Own system architecture: Define and drive the electrical architecture for both Antora’s thermal battery modules and plant-level electrical systems
• Drive hardware development: Lead development of high-power, high-current electrical heating and power systems
• Advance R&D and innovation: Evaluate power delivery approaches
• Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with mechanical, reliability, software, procurement, manufacturing, and project execution teams
• Ensure compliance and quality: Oversee electrical code compliance and standards alignment
• Build engineering systems: Establish and reinforce strong engineering practices, documentation standards, and effective development processes
