The Sales Specialist participates in and supports sales management efforts, by assisting the Branch Manager in a range of agent recruiting, agent training, and agent support activities.
Requirements
- Three or more years' real estate sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively recruit sales agents
- Ability to communicate the company's agent value proposition with clarity and accuracy
- Ability to effectively present training to sales associates
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must be proficient with technology tools and teaching agents on utilization of tools
- Must have a valid Real Estate or Broker's license
