Leasing Associate - Bronx, NY

We are seeking a Leasing Associate to play a vital role in the success of real estate operations and ensure units are leased efficiently in our new development in Mott Haven, Bronx. The ideal candidate will have a valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson or NYS Associate Broker License, experience in the rental market, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Valid NYS Real Estate Salesperson or NYS Associate Broker License
• Experience in the rental market is preferred
• 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate brokerage preferred with a minimum of 1 year experience in new development marketing or onsite leasing
• Strong ability to interact successfully with potential residents
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be flexible with changing market conditions, building construction conditions, changing timelines and inventory fluctuation
• Meticulous with excellent organization skills
• Ability to succeed and collaborate in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with the On-site.com tenant screening software
