The Sales Manager is responsible for working closely with the Branch Manager to sell the Coldwell Banker Value Proposition, coaching agents on increased production, and implementing an office culture where agents thrive. The Sales Manager plays a critical role in achieving business goals while promoting extraordinary customer service.

Requirements

• Recruit, acquire, and retain productive sales associates
• Support day-to-day management of branch operations
