Job Description
We're looking for a Client Experience Associate to join our team and work from the comfort of their own home. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) and has excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for customer service.
Requirements
- Take customer calls and forward messages to clients
- Capture incoming leads, take orders, and schedule appointments
- Work from home and regularly work 40 hours per week with a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
