Job Description
We are seeking an Everyday Banking Consultant to join our Contact Centre Hub Business Unit. As an Everyday Banking Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our Australian customers with Retail, Cards and Digital Banking solutions.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Solid contact centre experience with an English-speaking client base
- Understanding of the contact centre environment and technologies
