Job Description
As a Financial Crime Performance Lead in the Business & Private Bank division, you will lead the Financial Crime Performance team and support the day-to-day financial crime performance. You will develop and implement governance and reporting frameworks, manage responses to threat assessments, and define the future state financial crime approach.
Requirements
- Develop and implement governance frameworks to manage financial crime risks
- Manage Financial Crime Reporting, Committee/Governance/Forum reporting, and responses to threat assessments
- Engage stakeholders to consult and develop the optimal Line 1 approach
