As a Lead Business Analyst in the Delivery and Change Centre of Excellence, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the successful delivery of complex change initiatives that support our purpose of shaping a world where people and communities thrive. You will lead end-to-end business analysis across projects and programmes of work, partnering closely with business and delivery stakeholders to understand needs, shape solutions, and ensure clear, high-quality requirements are defined and delivered.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of banking operations, particularly within regulatory compliance, risk management, and audit contexts.
- Extensive business analysis expertise across planning, elicitation, requirements management, documentation, and the production of high-quality analysis artefacts, with demonstrated capability as a Lead Business Analyst.
- Proven experience leading and supporting Business Analysts within a project or programme, maintaining high standards and guiding delivery outcomes.
- Strong critical thinking, judgement, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity, assess options, make recommendations and influence decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience delivering across a range of project types and sizes, including core transformation, regulatory, risk and compliance-focused initiatives, ideally within agile delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, SMEs, vendors, and geographically dispersed teams.
- High learning agility, curiosity, and cognitive capability, with the ability to quickly absorb new concepts, understand complex frameworks and determine practical ways forward.
- A collaborative, adaptable and accountable approach, with a strong sense of ownership and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to deliver high-quality outcomes.
