Senior Business Analyst

Senior Business Analyst role at ANZ, Wellington, NZ, 12-month fixed-term, 37.5 hours. Translate business needs into clear data requirements, work with data, and define source-to-target mappings. Support and mentor others in the BA community.

Requirements

• Problem solving, critical thinking, agile mindset and Scrum/Kanban ways of working
• Experience working on data or technology delivery (as a BA or in a similar role)
• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data flows
• Experience working in Agile teams and Jira
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Curiosity and passion to learn & proactively self develop
• Identify and raise technology and operational risks, issues and potential impact within the organisation, team or project
