As a Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in a domain focused on foundational technology projects and initiatives that underpin the bank’s platforms.

Requirements

• Document business processes, workflows, and technical specifications for foundational technology projects
• Build and maintain effective relationships with peers, colleagues, managers, and other key stakeholders
• Lead & participate in Daily Standups, Planning, Ceremonies, Reviews and Retrospectives
• Shape and sustain the analysis approach in a complex environment
• Supporting the Project Manager, Senior Technical Leads to ensure delivery meets critical program timelines
• Contribute to managing risks and issues using the ANZ Delivery Framework and ensuring delivery of Project controls ie. Security and Cloud
• Support incident, change, and release management activities, ensuring compliance with ANZ governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and identify dependencies
