Accounting Associate

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our finance team. This role is ideal for a recent university graduate in finance who is working toward a CPA designation.

Requirements

• Prepare and post journal entries under supervision
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities
• Assist with bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with inter-company invoicing and credit requests
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
• Support preparation of financial reports and schedules
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed
• Comply with GAAP and Company policies and procedures
• Work with key stakeholders
