Requirements

• Participate in paid, hands-on maintenance training under the guidance of experienced mentors
• Rotate through multiple maintenance areas to gain broad technical exposure
• Attend required classroom instruction at NETC (minimum one class per semester; 576 total hours)
• Demonstrate proficiency in all required competencies and complete evaluations every six months
• Maintain accurate training documentation and meet all program expectations
