Job Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing all activities for operational efficiency and safety of company's machinery, tools, dies/molds, facilities, and ground. The role involves team leadership, operations management, budget management, strategic planning, technical oversight, vendor & contractor management, compliance & safety, inventory management, technical expertise, and process improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline or combination of Education and Experience
- 10+ years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience
- Software proficiency: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP, Microsoft Office suite
