Production Supervisor

Responsible for the efficient operation of Manufacturing Department, directing the plant workforce and meeting daily production schedules. Supervises Leaders and workers, verifies manufacturing processes, and works with other teams to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of related work experience or training
• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
• Experience in manufacturing and supervision
• Ability to prepare and interpret various metrics, and reports
• Ability to identify problems and take appropriate corrective measures
• Effective communication skills via written and oral
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient mathematical skills
• Valid Drivers License
