Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of the firm's marketing and business development initiatives, managing marketing systems, coordinating and developing compelling content, and ensuring consistent application of brand and communication standards across all internal and external platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, graphic design, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional marketing experience, preferably within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems, digital asset management systems (DAMS), and social media management tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high-level writing, graphic design, and marketing strategy capabilities.
