Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js, AWS)

AOA is looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer who thrives in solving complex backend challenges and delivering high-quality digital products. The role involves architecting and developing secure SaaS platforms and eCommerce storefronts, collaborating with designers, strategists, and other engineers to build and enhance web applications from scratch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, with a focus on backend development
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS and AWS infrastructure
• Expertise in building complex systems, microservices, and integration with third-party APIs
• Strong Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leadership skills with a proactive approach to collaboration and team problem-solving
