Job Description
The Catholic Community of Ascension & St. Augustine is seeking a Coordinator of Faith Formation to oversee and manage the Faith Formation program, support day-to-day activities, and plan and implement catechetical instruction and faith formation programs for children K-5th grade.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in theology, religious education, pastoral studies, or related field
- Relevant work experience and Religious Education as a leader, teacher or volunteer
- Knowledge and understanding of the Catholic Church and parish and its mission
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms
