The Marketing Operations role supports AOPA's marketing programs by preparing audience segments, maintaining marketing dashboards, and ensuring campaign data is accurate and usable across marketing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing data roles
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Data Extensions and segmentation
- Working knowledge of SQL for filtering, segmentation, and reporting
- Experience building or maintaining dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI
- Experience working with web analytics tools such as GA4
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with campaign lists and segmentation logic
- Ability to clearly communicate data and reporting insights to non-technical marketing stakeholders
- Experience working with multiple marketing data sources and consolidating data for reporting
