Engineering Leader - Healthcare Domain

We are looking for a senior, delivery-focused Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end health technology project delivery. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and deep healthcare domain knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MCA, or equivalent.
• 8–15 years of software engineering experience
• Minimum 4 years in senior technical or delivery leadership roles
• Experience delivering healthcare or enterprise-grade solutions
• Deep, hands-on expertise in healthcare interoperability and common standards
• Strong backend development skills in one or more languages/platforms: Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js / TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience integrating with EHR/EMR platforms and onboarding EHR sandboxes.
• Cloud experience with one or more popular public cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure, is required.
