We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee the development of our AI-driven healthcare SaaS products. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering results, establishing a robust engineering organization, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• 10-18 years in software engineering
• 4 years in engineering management
• Managed teams of 5-20+ engineers
• Designed and advanced SaaS systems
• Created or significantly enhanced release pipelines
• Managed production systems in cloud infrastructure
• Proficient in security fundamentals
• Strong English communication skills
