Commercial Estimator

AP Corp is building a disciplined, scalable commercial sales operation across window film, architectural graphics, and entryway fortifying systems. We are looking for a commercial estimator who can own scope, protect margin, and operate with independence.

Requirements

• 3+ years estimating experience in commercial construction, glazing, specialty trades, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Excel and estimating software
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated track record of managing deadlines and bid volume
• High level of personal accountability
