Healthcare Recruiter

AP Staffing is looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to work on full-time permanent placement positions. The role involves recruiting, sourcing, scheduling, and interviewing candidates, as well as developing new ideas and improving current processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred (recent graduates with relevant internship/co-op experience are welcome to apply )
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in recruiting (agency experience strongly preferred)
• Experience working in and/or strong interest in the healthcare industry
• Proven success in relationship building, driven by high energy and a positive attitude
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to bring fresh ideas and perspective to unique situations
• Extensive familiarity with MS Office Suite and social media platforms
• Familiarity with an ATS is highly desired, preferably erecruit
